This week has been great. Spring is making a come back, and though there has been some rain, the water has only helped to make everything outside look fantastic along with the comfortable temperature and bright sun. I finally built up the motivation to take a few pictures I’ve been meaning to take for a while now. One of the subjects, the one featured in this post, is some old, abandoned crane sitting on the border of a pecan orchard. It is still in one piece, but quite rusted, and with thistle growing around it. I got up close and personal with my Motorola DROID, and though I like how the pictures turned out, I long for a real camera more than ever before.
